At JUNKED4U, each creation is carefully handcrafted to order. Because of the custom and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges – except where required by law, including the EU right of withdrawal detailed below.
European Union Right to Cancel
Customers located within the European Union are entitled to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without needing to provide a reason. Please note that custom-made, personalised, and sealed hygiene products may be exempt from this right – see 'Exemptions' below.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days of delivery. You can do this by emailing us at info@junked4u.com, by managing your order through your customer account at https://account.junked4u.com, or by using the returns link in your SMS order confirmation. If you checked out using a phone number without an email address, please use the link in your SMS order confirmation, as you will not be able to log in via the customer account URL.
Once cancellation has been requested, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items or evidence that they have been sent back. The refund will include the original standard delivery charge where applicable. Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
Exemptions
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Personalised, custom-made, or made-to-order products.
- Sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
- Digital products or downloadable content where access or download has already begun.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements are only provided in the following cases:
- The item arrives faulty or damaged.
- The wrong item has been shipped by mistake.
If you believe this applies to your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at info@junked4u.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will be happy to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Important Notes
Returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or normal wear and tear aren't accepted. While nails are handmade to order, all our products are final sale for hygiene and quality reasons.
For hygiene reasons, press-on nails and cuticle oils cannot be returned under any circumstances unless faulty or incorrect. If your nails arrive incorrect and the claim is valid, a replacement set will be sent.
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund orders lost due to incorrect details.
